We have a Patient Reference Group, which meets bi-monthly we respect the views of our very willing and able members, and would welcome new members.

If you would like to join the Patient Reference Group please telephone the Surgery on 01843 209300 and ask to speak to Sue Clarke who will take your details.

If you are unable to attend meetings our Patient Reference Group would still like to hear the views of our patients on the Surgery.

To do this we are compiling a contact list of email addresses so that we can contact you every now and again to ask a question or two.
